It's a blue mid-90's Favorite Special, about 46cm tall. It has a lightweight Chro-Moly frame and racing components. It was recently tuned up and lubed, with brand new cables and trued wheels. It has a leather saddle, indexed down-tube shifters, and a rack for carrying luggage on the back.
