Newer and more powerful ARM, SATA port, 1GB RAM, 4GB nand flash.
Main advantage for me is the Mali400 GPU which has reverse engineered open source linux driver for it and lots of GPIO peripherals.
Also, I think that the design of this board is less hackish then one of the RPi.
